A Sóballa tanösvény a világviszonylatban egyedülálló pannon szikesek legfőbb elemét, a klasszikus fehér vizű szikes tavi vízi élőhely együttest és a környező szikes élőhelyeket, a jellemző növény és állatfajokat mutatja be élményszerűen közeli módon, a Böddi-szék peremén.
We discussed the noticeable changes in environmental conditions detectable during the project period, and the methods of flexible responses to them at the two-day workshop, held primarily with the participation of nature conservation experts working on sodic areas, which we organized in the fall of 2025 under the title “Climate adaptation efforts in nature conservation management of sodic wetlands”.

As topics, we outlined the main activities carried out within the framework of the Böddi LIFE project, the efforts made to restore the natural hydrology, the changes in environmental factors, and the challenges encountered during nature conservation management. We listened to reports on case studies on the perspectives and limiting factors of adaptive management in saline areas.

A roundtable discussion took place on the following topics: 1.) good climate adaptation nature conservation farming practices in saline areas; 2.) nature restoration opportunities; 3.) networking opportunities
As part of the field program, we walked along the Sóballa nature trail, which provides an opportunity to view habitat reconstruction site sas well.

A detailed report was prepared about the workshop, which includes summaries of the presentations, comments from the participants, and a reminder of the exchange of ideas at the roundtable discussion.
